X FACTOR UPDATE....
TOP DJ SCOFFS AT JUDGE JOB
MOTORMOUTH DJ Chris Moyles has branded Sharon Osbourne's
X-Factor walk-out a PR stunt - and says he would NOT want her
job.
Moyles said that if X Factor bosses offered him a judge's role
he would tell them to shove the job "up their a***".
The Radio One DJ had been roundly tipped as Sharon's replacement
after she stormed off set at the weekend.
But burly Moyles - the so-called Saviour of Radio
One - says he wouldn't even do the job for Sharon's £50,000-an-hour
pay packet.
Gobby Moyles, 33, even had a poke at Simon Cowell, saying he would
be "too gutless" to offer him the job anyway.
"The show's turning into a pantomime," Moyles said.
"Sharon walking out on Saturday was just a PR stunt.
"I wouldn't even do it for the money she's on, but she'll
be back - she has a contract."
Moyles earns a reported salary of £630,000 per year.
SHARON QUITS
She storms off X Factor

By Dan Wootton
RAGING Sharon Osbourne last night QUIT The X Factor during the
live show, screeching: "I'm out—gone!"
Her outburst came after two of her three acts were voted into the bottom two places in last night's first live show.
She refused to take part in the vote to decide whether it would be Kimberley Southwick or Alisha Bennett who got the boot.
It was left to Louis Walsh to choose Kimberley to go. Earlier, after Alisha's flop performance Sharon had pleaded: "Get rid of me, not her."
Show bosses are now in crisis talks after she told host Dermot O'Leary: "What I did was no good—and I think I'm going home now, Dermot." She stormed out and refused to appear later on ITV2's Xtra Factor with Fearne Cotton.
We can reveal that Radio 1 star Chris Moyles is being lined up as a replacement if Sharon sticks to her guns.
An X Factor source last night revealed: "At this point in time Sharon has said she is no longer a judge on The X Factor. We are hoping she will be able to sleep on her decision and calm down.
"The public rejected two of her acts and she took it as a hammer
blow. She also blames herself for picking both girls the wrong
songs."
The insider added: "Chris Moyles has made it clear he's on standby
if Sharon or Louis Walsh walk out at short notice. Simon Cowell
is likely to take him up on that offer."
More than 500 X Factor fans missed seeing Sharon's dramatic walk-out
after too many tickets were issued for the first live show.
Bosses gave out extra tickets fearing no-shows because of the
Rugby World Cup final would leave empty seats. Hundreds who didn’t
get there early were told: “There’s no room.”
Loser Kimberley, who performed It’s Raining Men, will return
to work in her parent’s pub, The Fox in Tamworth.
The 19-year-old recently quit a call centre job because she found
it boring.
