HOPEFUL'S
SON BANNED FROM AUDIENCE
By Guy Basnett
STUNNING X-Factor contestant Charlie Mole hit out last
night after her five-year-old son was BANNED from watching her
perform live.
Studio bosses for the ITV1 show said no-one under 14
could be in the audience, forcing little Jack to make-do seeing
his pop-hopeful mum on the TV. Charlie, 23, -
one of tipped five-some girl-band Hope - said: "I'm gutted.
"He’s my little boy and I just really want
him to be there. “It’s been so hard
being away from him. It’s like there’s a little hole
in my heart all the time, and I’ve been crying lots Charlie,
who lives in Sunderland with her boyfriend, care home boss Lee
Daglish, said their boy was able to vote for the band to remain
in the competition last night, as he watched with other family
members.
She said: "He’s got a Go Mummy T-shirt to
wear while he watches me on TV.
"He’s really proud of me and we’ve got
him a mobile phone so he can vote he’s loving it.”
Girl group Hope was formed after pop impressario Louis
Walsh offered a second chance to a number of soloists who did
not make it past the bootcamp stage.
It also includes Emily Biggs, 17, Raquelle Gracie, 20,
Leah Lauder, 20, and Phoebe Brown, 16.
