AMY WINEHOUSE'S mother-in-law last night called for her to be arrested - after the junkie singer was caught again on video snorting cocaine.

The troubled Back to Black star was secretly filmed hoovering up the Class A drug in a packed London pub.

This is the FIRST time Georgette Civil has spoken out about the shocking 36-second footage, which was filmed last month during Amy's DJ set in a Camden pub.

And her sensational comments come in the week that Amy is set for another rehab stint at the Focus 12 Clinic in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Amy has booked into the clinic just a short drive from the jail where hubby Blake Fielder Civil is being held.

Now Blake's mother Georgette Civil wants Amy locked up like her recovering drug addict son son.

And last night Georgette told the News of the World: "Prison will do Amy far more good than Rehab."

Amy was filmed at The Monarch pub in Camden last month while standing in front of a Union Jack flag.

Desperate for a fix, the singer is seen snorting the cocaine off a CD case in full view of partygoers.

Now Amy's mother-in-law Georgette wants the police to take action and arrest her.

In an exclusive interview she said: "I'm shocked by the video. When I look at Amy I think: 'For Christ's sake, just get a grip of yourself.'

"Enough is enough.

"As the police know Amy is a drug addict - and she has now been caught twice on film taking illegal drugs - they should arrest her and put her behind bars.

"Rehab clinics are a waste of money, unless you want them to work.

"Amy doesn't want to give up drugs, so she's got to learn the hard way in prison.

"Police have to act. She is making a mockery of the law. It has got to stop.

"The price Amy has got to pay is losing her freedom."

The video footage comes only two months after Britain's top cop Sir Ian Blair called for celebrity junkies caught on camera to be put on trial.

Sir Ian said: "My position is that a sensible jury would not expect people to be sniffing talcum powder."

In January Amy was caught smoking a crack pipe on video at her East London home, but avoided any charges because cops could not prove what she was taking.

She has since spiralled out of control, while her jailed husband has managed to get himself clean of drugs.

And after being switched from tough London nick Pentonville to soft Edmunds Hill prison in Suffolk, 26-year-old Blake is said to be "glowing with health".

Georgette, who runs a hairdressing salon in Lincolnshire, stressed: "Prison has helped Blake give up drugs and he's doing brilliantly in Edmunds Hill.

"When he went in Pentonville last November he was in a terrible mess. His skin was a horrible dirty yellow colour, he was painfully thin and he had dead eyes. I will never forget that haunted look. I feared we were going to lose him.

"But they gave him amazing medical treatment in prison to get him off drugs and then helped him conquer his personal demons.

"It worked a miracle.

"Now nine months on he looks amazing. He has put on nearly two stone in weight, his skin is glowing with health and he is so relaxed and happy.

"But while Blake has been inside, Amy has gone disastrously downhill.

"Prison worked for Blake. It's the only thing that can now save Amy."

Mother-of-three Georgette, 45, told how she was overjoyed after visiting Blake for the first time in his new Category C prison near Newmarket on Sunday.

She revealed: "Blake's been given his own room with an ensuite shower.

"He also has a TV, CD player and a shelf full of books in his room.

"He even has his own key so he can lock himself in if he wants privacy.

"It's so much nicer than Pentonville, which was the pitts.

"Edmunds Hill is a really clean and lovely nick.

"And the difference in Blake since he's been in there is absolutely amazing.

"Unlike in Pentonville, no one taunts him about Amy.

"They are respectful and don't even mention her name to him.

"Instead of doing work in prison, Blake has chosen to do an educational course to keep him busy and is doing art and writing.

"They are preparing him for life on the outside.

"But he will be very disappointed with Amy's behaviour.

"The video will come as a bitter blow to him."

Blake is inside for GBH and perverting justice and he's been told he'll be released on December 30 if he keeps his nose clean - in time to celebrate the New Year with his troubled wife.

Amy, 24, will have treatment at the Focus 12 Clinic, where funnyman Russell Brand beat his demons.

The clinic plan follows Amy's shambolic performance at last weekend's V Festival and photos of her in tears.

Georgette sighed: "I hope this time it works. But I have heard it so many times before I haven't any faith in her.

"Amy tried to get in to see Blake last weekend, but was turned away because she was too late.

"We didn't have a driver when we visited Blake. But she had a driver and she still couldn't turn up on time.

"Blake was not impressed. He is only allowed three visits a month.

"But the girl he married has long gone.

"Since Blake has been in prison Amy has just deteriorated more and more while he has managed to get himself clean inside.

"Blake told me: 'I promise you mum, when I get out of prison I will sort Amy out.'

"But she has deteriorated to such an extent that I know even Blake can't save her now.

"Now I don't want Amy to visit my son.

"He is doing really, really well without her.

"Instead Amy must concentrate on getting herself clean.

"A couple of weeks in rehab won't do it.

"She needs to stay in there for the next four months until Blake comes out of prison - or be locked up in jail until she gets herself clean.

"Blake hopes she will beat drugs for him and save their marriage.

"But it's clear Amy loves drugs more than her husband.

"All she seems to care about is her next fix."
