MESSED-UP dopehead AMY WINEHOUSE is so out of it she doesn’t even care if she’s caught smoking CANNABIS in the street.

My snapper took these pics of the troubled drug- addict as she returned to her Camden home after celebrating a pal’s birthday in London.

Amy is said to have been stoned and didn’t seem at all bothered if anyone saw her puffing away.

Her latest antics will infuriate record bosses—who this week threatened to stop Amy, 24, releasing any new material until she cleans up her act.

And it will also leave her loyal fans wondering if the Back To Black star can ever recover from her drug addiction which seems to be spiralling out of control.

It seems Amy really is suffering without hubby, BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL, behind bars at Pentonville on assault and trial-fixing charges.

An unimpressed onlooker told me: "Amy was so out of it and didn’t care who saw her puffing away." Amy’s bloodshot eyes told the story of Friday night’s very public dope session.

At one point the singer started to hurl abuse at one of the party guests.

The babbling tirade was caught on video and I’ve put it online at www.notw.co.uk for you guys to watch.

Clutching her snakeskin bag in one hand and her cannabis spliff in another, wasted Amy wailed at her pal: "You’re a ****head. You’re in trouble."

Then, shuffling from one foot to the other, she added: "**** off, **** off please!"

A local said: "Amy’s language was as vile as her behaviour. She was swearing like a trooper and didn’t care who heard."
