"It helps that I’ve had years to come to terms with my imperfections.

My stomach has never been flat – even in my early 20s I had a pot belly – but since I’ve had three children it’s even bigger.

“I have stretch marks on my 34DD breasts from being pregnant with Sophie (pop star Sophie Ellis-Bextor), but I won’t beat myself up about it.
