US skipper Paul Azinger allegedly ordered the switch after Nick Faldo’s team spent three days practising, unaware that the yardages on the second and fourth holes would be different.
Rose said: “When we came to the second on Friday, the tee had been moved 60 yards, making the line to the hole different.
“It was no good going by the yardage book, especially as we’re talking about a dogleg here. It was the same at the fourth.
“Later Chad Campbell expressed his surprise we hadn’t had our spies out for their practice. He told me they had us watched.”
Azinger, prior to the Ryder Cup, admitted to the “dirty tricks” side of golf.
He said: “I could mention things but don’t want to start an incident.”

I mean such sore losers, America has only won it 25 times, and the Brits were so bad at it and such sore losers they had to recruit the rest of europe just to compete.

Sour Grapes....Europeans lost because they were beaten by a better golf team this time around. Next time it may be the Europeans who win...lets keep the Ryder Cup as what it was meant to be...a fun event where some of the best golfers in the world go head to head for bragging rights.

Let the yanks win the ryder cup once every ten years, if they dont, thet might invade europe under the pretext of nuclear warheads.
Americano's, will always be sore loosers.

That's mature. What does our president have to do with golf? And who has clas? I love Sergio, but he steps very close to that line as well, as did Seve with his gamesmanship. All I know is it was a "classless yank" named Jack Nicklaus who fought to get all of Europe into the Ryder Cup. I also know that when Europe wins, its because America did not play well and Europe played very well ... when its the other way around, its because we cheat. Like I said, who has class?

Talk to Seve about the dirty tricks at Valderrama. Actually, the Ryder Cup was a fairly mundane event until Seve got involved, but actually what has happened since has made it much more interesting. Seve was the king of gamesmanship and he made the Ryder Cup better.
