Becks missed Galaxy's defeat in Columbus last weekend.
But he returned to inspire LA to a narrow victory over Chicago Fire on Friday night - a result which all but guaranteed his club a place in the MLS play-offs for the first time since 2005.
Capello did not have a representative at the game. But the fact Beckham got through 90 minutes without problem should guarantee his place on the trip to Ukraine and the Wembley clash against Belarus.
Galaxy chiefs are happy for Beckham to join up with England despite lingering concerns over the ankle. The soreness will be monitored by FA doctors.
The final of the MLS Cup - the culmination of the play-offs - takes place on November 22.
Beckham, 34, would then have a month off before starting an extended loan at a top European club, probably AC Milan.

We can only hope that Beckham's ankle is too bad for him to play, if he plays you may as well forget televising the match put a film on instead. Ukraine will win end of Beckham has lost the plot completely.
To all you football fans out there I'm not a fan of football but I do admire some of the footballers, as some of them do play extremely well and deserve the praise they get, But come on Beckham hasn't been anygood since he got involved with Victoria, she is seriously bringing him down.
