When he is not mooching around in Nike clobber, Rooney likes to deck himself out in Christian Audiger attire, a habit we are sure he picked up from former team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo before he skipped off to Spain.
GADGETS
Every time he turns on his Nintendo Wii, he is greeted by a recorded message from golf star Tiger Woods, which says: "Hi Wayne, enjoy the game!"
FOOD
His favourite eatery is Alderley Edge's Gusto restaurant but, when keeping it simple, it's fish and chips at nearby Foster's.
CRIB
Wayne is doing major modifications to his Prestbury home to include a 16-seater cinema room, complete with popcorn and drinks machines.
HOBBIES
It is no secret that if Wayne wasn't knocking a ball around every weekend, he would be knocking people's heads off instead. Boxing is his passion.
He's been known to have the odd playful sparring session with pal Ricky Hatton and is a big Mike Tyson fan.
He likes nothing better than to watch DVDs of boxing greats like Tyson, Roy Jones Jnr and Muhammad Ali.
WHEELS
His favourite car is a £160,000 Aston Martin DBS like the one in the Quantum of Solace movie. In true James Bond style, it has been modified and has tinted windows, 22in chrome wheels and a sound system designed to get the maximum out of his iPod.
