CARLOS TEVEZ is the latest focus of our popular Footballers' Lives feature.

The Manchester City striker has been in hot form this season but what does he get up to off the pitch?

We take a look at what makes the Argentinian tick.

CRIB

WHILE at Manchester United, Tevez allegedly had £30,000 docked from his wages after letting his dogs loose on the furniture of a £1.5million Prestbury mansion. His current pad, worth £3.7m, is just down the road and boasts a cinema, a pool with underwater sound system, four garages and a selection of antique Portuguese furniture for his dogs. And a mere five bedrooms. It costs Tevez £12,000 a month in rent.

STYLE

HOT shot Carlos has an eye for a decent timepiece. He shelled out £40,000 on a rose gold deLaCour which he cherishes. Unfortunately, it goes downhill from there. His team-mates have given him a ribbing for being decked out in white Emporio Armani gear from head to toe accompanied by one of his many manly hair-bands.

HOBBIES

FROM hair-bands to actual bands. Tevez loves his music and he is the lead singer of Piola Vago, a cumbia villera band which also features his brother Diego. They haven't reached Jedward status over here yet but in Argentina, their kinky hit, Lose Control, stormed the charts.

HANG-OUTS

GRUB-lover Tevez makes it a priority to find a good Argentinian steak. When he was at West Ham he regularly went to Buen Ayre in Broadway Market. Now he's in Manchester, he goes to Gauchos Churrascaria and Guacho Grill. The Argentine also enjoys a boogie with former team-mate Patrice Evra at nightclub Panacea.

WHEELS

TEVEZ may have struggled with the language but it didn't take him long to cotton on to the English footballer's trademark motor - a £150,000 white Bentley Continental GT Speed. It's just a shame he didn't invest a bit more cash into getting a driver's licence. Police caught him flouting the law a year ago on the M60 and impounded his car because he couldn't get anyone to legally move it for him.

The guy has no class and it shows in his weird huggy bear getup - broke my heart to see him walk out in the 32 shirt against utd in the league cup, coupled with the way he over celebrated his goal. To think we idolised him just six months ago then he goes and does one on us to our biggest rivals.

Get a life and a haircut mate, you have no understanding of the loyalties of the English game.
