BLACKBURN boss Sam Allardyce believes he has found the long-term replacement for striker Benni McCarthy.
Standard Liege's Congo star Dieudonne Mbokani is the £4million-rated hitman in his sights.
Mbokani has scored 34 goals in 69 games in the Belgian League and featured in Standard's Champions League defeat against Arsenal.
Reports in Belgium claim Blackburn have watched the 23-year-old play twice recently.
But Standard are not keen to lose a player they regard as the best goalscorer in the country.

Wat se jy?
There are no replacements for a profilic scorer like Benni....Trust Benni and give him the start he deserves.A season ago Benni kept this club in the premiership and has given his all to this club even ignoring his country!!!

I think it is not a good decision for now simply because Mc Carthy can position himself well in pitch than Dieudonne thint twice Sam.
