Hollyoaks Jennifer Metcalfe is back with Jermaine Pennant

FOOTBALL star Jermaine Pennant has got his Mercedes back-and she's definitely top of the range.

Soap star lover Jennifer Metcalfe -gobby Mercedes McQueen in Hollyoaks-says she's thrilled they reversed their decision to split.

Showing the beautiful bodywork that tempted him back, and talking for the first time about their rekindled romance, the 25-year-old actress told us: "We are together again. Things are going well and we're very happy."

She added: "I don't like to say too much. But there's no engagement on the cards."

But she did let slip that she and Kop star Jermaine, 25, are now determined to keep their relationship ticking over with romantic nights out after a four month break.

"We always go out at the end of the week," she said. "It's a really good way to wind down, even if it's just a meal and a bottle of wine," she said.

But Jen may have less time for dinner dates if her next possible career move comes off. She revealed that she's in currently in talks to star in the next series of ITV1's Dancing On Ice.

Her Hollyoaks co-star Chris Fountain was runner-up this year. Jen said: "I've met the producers and had a practise on the ice but I'm not sure I could live up to Chris."

Come on girl, you'd be perfect. Everyone knows you can't beat a Merc for performance.
