FULHAM lead the chase to sign West Brom midfielder Robert Koren in January.
The Slovenian, 29, who is also a target for Birmingham and Celtic, wants a move after losing his favoured central midfield role.
Albion boss Roberto Di Matteo has hinted he could allow him to leave. Di Matteo said: "We will have to see what is the best solution."
