Fabio Capello's side are looking to extend their 100 percent record in the group but face one of their most difficult tests against a team still harbouring hopes of joining them in South Africa.
Andriy Shevchenko and Andriy Voronin will provide a threat after Ukraine were unfortunate to lose to John Terry's late winner in the corresponding fixture at Wembley last April.
With intense competition for places on the plane next summer, Capello has warned his players that there must be no taking their foot off the pedal, even with a place in the finals already assured.
The action will be live from the Dnipro Arena on Saturday HERE (www.ukrainevengland.com/newsoftheworld) with the build-up starting at 4.45pm.
James Richardson is hosting the programme and is joined by a very special guest in former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson.
The current price is £9.99, with the full price rising to £11.99 for purchases made on the day of the game.
This is your opportunity to watch a match that is not live on TV, but available on the web in a landmark moment for the Internet.

Hey, what ever happened to the government promise that England football as our national sport would never be taken off of free tv. It's now even been taken off of paid tv! Never say never yet again!
