Everton midfielder wants showdown over contract
EVERTON star Steven Pienaar is demanding talks over his future.
The South African midfielder wants to extend his contract past 2011. Pienaar, 27, said: "Everton should make me an offer soon."

sounds to me like outsiders trying to orchastrate moves for our best players.typical Everton,when there's money waved under their noses,they seem to forget about what the fans want.After all WE are EVERTON FC.

Steven Pienaar is still with his family in South Africa on a break after the Federations cup and is not due to meet up with the squad until they play in USA in 2 weeks , so where did this quote come from , He hasn;t had the chance to speak to anyone at Everton yet and with 2 years remaining on his current contract there's no big rush for negotiations to start yet
