if new players must come in they must be PROUD to play for a club like chelsea, we shud not beg anyone to play.

Hmm, well Zhirkov, Sturridge and Turnbull(!?) were not Ancelloti signings, each were recommended by one of the hangers-on, like Arnesen, Wilkins, and the Russian owner of course. Let's see if they can attract anyone famous, or will they have to sell Carvalho, Terry, Joe Cole, etc before they can afford to bid for just one big signing for the new manager? Those super-yachts really cut into your budget, don't they? If only you had enough paying fans, eh?

hopefully chelsea will buy such a telented player like messi (eventhough he is loyal with barca), aguero, and sahin..replace the older and useless with like ballack and deco with new younger,quality midfielder..
maybe manager should add more striker bcause sometime drogba can be USELESS and SUCK..
use your available youth and transform them to a giant star..

Chelsea should not sell terry,drogba and essien. Try and get two young strikers like pato and aguero to support drogba in d attack

i have read all the comments here.am not sure chelsea need to sell any players.if chelsea can bring yuri,carlos tevex,mexes from as roma.i think they are done for the transfers.chelsea have young talents that need to be developed.stoch,machienn,these youth team need more matches and oppurtunity to improve.atlease players below 27 years are ok not 28 years

a very good player and we can get him on the cheap but we really dont need him. we could use him in the future whern ballack retiers. so maybe buy him and loan him out but he wouldnt like that. i would much rather see drenthe come to us he is unhappy at real and is a brilliant player he is alot like yuri zirkov. but alot younger and we can get him for about £10m.

he's simular to Deco in his style of play, obviously better too, but in the end chelsea prefered to have ballack, lampard and essien or mikel in the middle. Maybe van der vaart would be a more relevent signing as he can play on the wing.

funny how when Barca beat RM 6-2 in closing run of season the English were all going on about "so what they are a useless team whose glory days are well behind them". RM would have won the league in any other season with the run they had gone on and points achieved ...until the moment Barca destroyed them. Now cheslea are trying to buy one of the "useless" players from RM and the top players in the world are going to RM. And Eto who many feel has had his best days at Barca is going to the EPL for a lot of money. All the English are complaining about how unfair and obscene it is. All the financial power had been with England for a while and its funny how quickly the toys get thrown out of the pram when it doesn´t go their way.. And maybe now the egos of fans will have to come down after Barca demonstrated who are the best in the world. But many cannot bring themselves to congratulate the worthy winners and talk of missing key playersm, getting tactics wrong..And the best players want to be in Spain and not the UK..

I have watched WS play many times for Real Madrid, always in midfield. He is certainly not a winger (where did this come from?)
Recently there have been doubts about his nighttime excursions and tendency to put on weight, but he has undoubtably been one of the few successful players at Real over the past two seasons. Well worth a punt.

Never heard of him described as a winger,have heard of Van Der Vaart described as wide player. Would like him but given the Choice I reckon Snieder will go to Man Utd who lack a decent centre mid player with Scholes on the wain.

Bring him in, but this will no doubt be a good long term replacement for the ever fading Michael Ballack, we all saw what Sneijder is capable of @ the Euro 2008 comp.
