BOLTON MOVE FOR GELSON FERNANDES
BOLTON boss Gary Megson wants Manchester City ace Gelson Fernandes.
Mark Hughes has been told to keep an eye on his squad size as City continue their lavish spending.
So the Eastlands boss is set to let Swiss midfielder Fernandes, 22, leave - and Megson is preparing a bid £3million bid.

Possibly the worst of Sven' signings.. I thought we may release him or loan him out to claw back some of the wages.. but if Bolton want to waste £3M .. It's a shame, but we should snap their hand off.

as a city fan, dare i say, i like the way bolton conduct their business on the pitch. straight talking and no messing about, however, if you want a player that can only ever pass the ball backwards, and break up his team's counter attack, than take gelson. he is poor, has no vision and fails to deliver. he is not, in my opinion, a player that suits the way bolton play, namely, physical, direct, and tough to breakdown. he will be very weak link in a very strong team. just a view from a blue who has seen him play. i groan every time i see him come on the pitch.

from miguel veloso, sean davis..... to gelson fernandes! two great players then this guy, hes not bad but nowhere near as good as veloso and davis.

can't believe what Gary megson is up to signing one free transfer player from Portsmouth that's very ridiculous for a club as big and as respected as Bolton wanderers. please don't buy that guy from man-city, take a look at the small club wolves signing 7 players in the space of 2 weeks. please coach, i love this club so much that, i seem not to support any team again in this world, and we must go as far as qualifying for European game or even winning at least a cup, next season, and please again being herein much about the midfielder in Swansea bodde,its a good signing if you can, and a 1 or 2 striker to battle it out with elmander, u know he is not physical, and we need a rugged striker with a killer instinct, and knows how to score with both foot, it is time to grow, can watch my lovely team suffer. (megson) i will pray for you to succeed but u have to do your bid to surprise the world. i happen to be the only few in my country who loves Bolton v .much, so friends around me finds it strange, but i believe one day will we get there,and maybe next season. City will sell when we have better players on board. We don't have to balance the books so to speak. A smaller 1st team squad of higher quality will soon have us chasing the title, cant wait for the new season to start.
