Psycho's kids can make history tomorrow night in the European Championship final with a first victory in a major finals since 1984 - and against bitter rivals Germany.
Boss Pearce, one of Capello's assistants with the senior team, said: "If you spend time with the top man in your trade you have to keep your eyes and ears open.
"Working with Fabio excites me. I am really looking forward to the next two years working with him.
"Running your own team with the U-21s and then having a schooling day with the seniors - it's utopia. Fabio has been in regular touch throughout the tournament.
"If we are victorious on Monday the only thing that will cross my mind is that we have to do it again.
"The most delight I will get will be to take a step back and watch 23 people win together. They will know what it is like to win in an England shirt. That would give me the greatest thrill."
Pearce, who famously lost the World Cup semi-final penalty shootout to West Germany in 1990, added: "We have to learn tournament management, that is what the Germans do so well.
"We have to be cuter, not cheat, just be cuter. The Germans are much more streetwise."
And he revealed that John Terry and David Beckham have sent him 'good luck' text messages ahead of tomorrow's final in Malmo.
Keeper Joe Hart will miss the final after his booking in the penalty shootout win over Sweden.
England have appealed the ban and Psycho said: "We're in UEFA's hands. We'll abide by the rules but if they overturn it, we'll be delighted."
