You are 100% right Mohammed. We do not help our young players enough and end up paying too much money for so called stars.

An thus why all young players loose interest with us ! We are not the one who do cares for them ! E.g Glen, Lassana, Makalamby etc and the case will be the same to our talented players like Sinclair, Di Santo, Stoch, Mancienne and even Ivanovic (coming JT) will depart ! Then we gonna ask the price of Pato and Benzema while Sessegnon, Zhickov, Dzagoev etc are there, and we could wait untill they join Bayern n find them for @ £70M ! What kind of business we do ?

Mancienne should not be loaned out to a Championship side but needs Premiership experience for his immediate development. The club and the player would benefit from a loan deal back to Wolves next season to see whether he can really perform at this level on a weekly basis.
