PHILIPPE SENDEROS WANTS ANSWERS

Swiss defender desperate to quit Arsenal for good

 Phillipe Senderos
LET ME GO - Phillipe Senderos

PHILIPPE SENDEROS will plead with Arsenal to sort out his future.

The Swiss defender, 24, has returned to North London from a season long-loan at AC Milan and wants to play in Italy next season.

He said: "It depends on Arsenal. I want to continue at Milan because I cannot see a place for me with the Gunners."

Brighton boss Russell Slade is hoping to take Arsenal FA Youth Cup winners Rhys Murphy and Kyle Bartley to the Withdean Stadium on loan.

sendros is a world class defender all he needs is a chance to prove himself to wenger & the fans at the emirates. He's way better than sylvestre and would be better than gallas also.He just came back from a club where defence is the order of the game so i am in total support of him staying at the emirates...................................... in wenger i trust,Arsenal 4 ever...................................

When i seen you play before you went to Milan i wasnt happy with you but now ive seen you play with milan and i think your a totally different player, you young and still developing, you now are a player that does the simple stuff well, your strong, good in the air, a good talker just lack a bit of pace. Stay at arsenal or go on loan to a PL club.

In Arsene We Trust!

If u sell, u'll regret. Loan him but dont sell. U know what, don't even loan, let him prove himself again. Against milan in the CL he was amazing. I believe he has learned from his mistakes against drogba and torres. Playing alongside Maldini teaches a defender

As an avid arsenal fan,i was totaly against senderos leaving arsenal, now i am more than ever want him to stay, remember he spend one year in a club where defending is an art,now dont let him go,dont be stupid,he is still 24,and with new signing vermealen should add steel to our leaky defence, and play song in front of them, good passer of the ball, and never stops running.

Before reading all these comments I would of said Senderos has to go. But now Im not sure, this guy is very intelligent and yes he does make a few mistakes but who doesn't. Unlike Gallas and Silvester he has time on he's side and if any defender has to go it surly should be them and maybe Djouroe. I cant remember watching Djouroe and thinking wow what a good player. I wouldn't like to see Toure go but if he wants to leave he can, because its not the same Toure from a few seasons ago. Although if Gallas the trouble maker leaves it might give Toure a new leach of life. Something to think about Mr Wenger.

KEEP THE BOY! Please.. he will be a great player soon. He was in good form in 2006 which saw us reach the CL final. After his world cup shoulder injury, he hasn't been the same, but time is on his side to regain his form. KEEP PHILIPPE

If Rosicky has one more year to prove himself, I think Senderos should have the same treatment. He worked hard at Arsenal but he was treated unfairly by some of the fans.

He has character and he is a defender i dont mind having around for another season or two. Loose Song and Djourou, now this is baggage. Arsene you have a tough job ahead of you if you are to restore my faith in you. I wont judge you till the season ends and no trophies.

Arsenal are not desperately trying to keep him, are they?

By goonerpc. Posted June 14 2009 at 4:42 PM.

If we must get rid of him, why not use him in a deal for Micah Richards. If Toure is going to City as reported then why not pair Richards and Senderos in the middle. Young pair, plus Richards can mark Drogba when we play them

He definetly should have a second chance. He´s only 24 years old and is about to come to the age when defenders starts to show their real potential. He will be a great defender soon. Keep him we really will need him.

PLZ WENGER DO NOT SELL SANDEROS, HE IS GONNA BE ONE OF THE BEST DEFENDERS SOON, JUST LONE HIM TO ANOTHER PL CLUB, MAY BE BURNLEY DUE TO THEIR PLAYING STYLE ALMOST SAME TO AFC's. IF YOU SELL SANDEROS YOU WILL REGRET IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS.

I would give Senderos a second chance. He shows great character and has a very good attitude. The Arsenal defence will look completely different with Djourou, Senderos, Vermaelen (Hopefully) and another experienced defender (Chielini? Upson? Hangeland?) His mistakes have been notable and Drogba has given him a torrid time but theres no shame in that!

i hear arsenal need a washing machine by chance milan have 1 they dont need maybe a swap deal can be worked out

By pman. Posted June 14 2009 at 4:39 AM.

Senderos...we really don't need ya mate. Tell you what...we'll sell you and Adebayor + $10mil. for Pato. Now how does that sound? We've got another CB on the way and Song/Djourou are sorting their own futures out.
Realistically I hope we sell you and use the proceeds to buy a CDM or add it to the striker kitty when Arsene decides to sell Adebayor. Either way we win...and Senderos gets what he wants.
