The Group 6 whipping boys have no chance of causing an upset at Wembley on Wednesday - but intend to leave their mark. And defender Toni Lima admits Andorra will resort to any methods in order to stop Rooney & Co - even if it means a red card.
Lima, 38, said: "If an English player is heading towards goal and has a chance, you have to stop him. You must stop them, cleanly if you can, but if not then with a kick, a pull or a push.
"There's no choice, even if it means getting a yellow or a red card. As for fair play, the purists talk about it but you're always open to alternatives."
England's previous meetings with Andorra have been marred by brutal challenges and angry verbal exchanges. Lima reckons this is down to the lack of respect England show their opponents.
He added: "I hope they behave themselves the way they should - as a great team, with respect and good behaviour."
Lima clashed with Rooney in previous encounters and accused him of lacking discipline.
But he said: "It seems Rooney's behaviour has been more mature. He's profited from playing well. These are phases a player can go through and he seems a bit more sensible."
