CHRIS GUNTER seems set to snub a Newcastle move - in favour of a year at
Nottingham Forest.
Tottenham's Wales right-back Gunter, 26, said: "It's nice to be linked with a
club like Newcastle - but I'd love another year at Forest. I was there for
two months and loved every minute."
Mike Wood an expert at Nottingham Forest history? Pity he dos'nt know down in Nottingham they hate being called Notts Forest.

This shows the lad has class. Apart fro mbeing able to house 56,000 people Newcastle FC have nothing on Notts Forest. Forest have a superior history, youth set up, players etc and are heading in one dirtection ... UP! Newcastle are on a downer, with no resources, no manager, haemoraging fans, no money, no squad, no players of championship class let alone premiership class. Those players who could cut it in this division are going to be sold to balalnce the books. Face it, Newscatle or notts forest... there can be only one choice... Bye Bye Neecastle... League One and fixtures against Leeds FC beckons.

shows he's got taste ! no seriously why opt to go and sit on another bench at newcastle when he can come and play every week with a group of young lads that he already knows for a manager that will improve him enough to get him a chance at spurs. good on ya chris lad hope to see you at the city ground in the garabaldi !
