Vinnie's two-try salvo late in the second half put the game out of Castleford's reach.
It was another blow for Castleford, beaten again just six days after their shattering last-gasp Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter-final defeat at Huddersfield.
Castleford coach Terry Matterson said: "This was no Challenge Cup reaction, I'm very disappointed. We got off to a great start and they weren't in it for the first 20 minutes. We got a harsh lesson last week at Huddersfield and six days later we haven't learned a thing."
Warrington coach Tony Smith said: "They had us tactically early on and were hurting us. We made adjustments at half-time and we got it right for the second half. We are playing in fits and starts and once we can string everything together then watch out for us."
The Tigers held an 8-0 lead after 20 minutes through Kirk Dixon and Richard Owen. But once the Wolves were off the mark they never looked back.
And Castleford suffered a major setback on 63 minutes when Ryan McGoldrick was sent to the sin-bin for dissent.
The Wolves went on the rampage with two tries from Lee Briers, one of them an interception following a flimsy pass by McGoldrick.
Briers was also on hand to put in Matt King - and Chris Hicks wrapped things up for Warrington with an 85-metre dash, again from an interception, this time courtesy of Brett Ferres.
Castleford hit back with a Michael Shenton try on 59 minutes and James Evans also got on the scoresheet ten minutes later as the Tigers crashed to their fourth defeat in five league and cup games.
SCORERS Castleford: tries Dixon, Owen, Shenton, Evans; goal Dixon. Warrington: tries Briers 2, Anderson (L), King, V Anderson (V) 2, Hicks; goals Bridge 3.
