WANTED - Tony Mowbray
WANTED - Tony Mowbray

WEST BROM are set to demand £1million compensation if Celtic lure Tony Mowbray away from the Hawthorns.

The SPL giants are still considering an approach for their former player but may be put off by the fee.

Boss Mowbray, 45, has been told to trim his squad as the Baggies start life in the Championship after relegation from the Premier League.

And he is said to fancy the big challenge of leading Celtic next season.

although we enjoyed the football it was wonderful but the two teams that dont play like that hull and stoke plus our defence was rubbish and with nobody to score goals it was inevitable we would go down good luck to him up there it is easy you only have to worry about rangers it isnt much of a challenge or much of aleague either

the most competitive league in europe is the bundesliga, wolfsburg won it this year,3 teams had a chance to win it on the last day,a week before that 5 teams had an opportunity to win it,tickets are cheap and the standard of football is not bad.it doesn't have the money of the premiership so the quality is not so good but at the start of each season 5-6 teams have a good chance of winning the bundesliga.with regards to scotland,it's a small country, and has a number of decent clubs, and then it has the big 2,its like that in most countrys.personally i hope celtic go for bilic.

tony mobray is not the man for the job. i live in scotland and the league is terrible ! its very boring and slow in comparison to the premier league. if celtic were to get a man they should go for slaven billic. he is a world class manager and he style of football is guines. if billic dont go then why not roberto mancini. he would soot the job well for his acevmients he has made in his managerial carrer.

scotland's top league is dull ? no worse than england's top 3, spains top 2, italys top 2, germany's only 1, Hollands only 1, all you critics of scottish football need to get a grip of yourselves and take a good look at all europe's top leagues before criticising ours ?

the reason he would want to come is cos he would win the league here and be in the champions league pitting his wits against the top managers in europe

Man U winning 11 out of 17 championships and you're talking about the SPL being dull!

why would he want to stay at WBA any be relegated from the premiership every time they are promoted. The premiership is a 3 horse race too. Not exactly a contest either.

why would any manager want to go to a dull league as in scotland
same 2 teams every season how dull
