Although Vitali and Wladimir are Ukraine-born they are national heroes in Germany where they are now based.
There are even fears that Haye could incite a riot when he challenges for Wladimir's IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles at the home of Bundesliga club FC Schalke on June 27.
He plans to sell replicas of the notorious top for British fans to wear at the fight.
Haye, 28, said: "I've had e-mails from Germans who have made it clear they are not my biggest fans so I'm expecting hostility. The louder they boo, the harder I am going to smash his head in. It was my idea to come up with the most offensive picture I could."
