Girl Alone

The trouble is that the chicks in the band cannot get over the fact that Nadine has her own mind and goals. Cheryl does too but she is nowhere as good of a singer as Nadine is. it is down to pure jealousy. Cheryl should be grateful Nadine is not trying to steal her limelight in the UK. The whole band could as well appreciate Nadine is still a part of them. Yes, she can be replaced by someone else but no one has such a personality as Nadine does. Cheryl, at least, feels threatened by Nadine, thou she choses to get out of that chav hypocrite's way. You go Nadine...!!!

the people who are against nadine leaving or having "other plans" are just so narrow minded. The poor girl has carried the others for 6 years now and made them what they are. if she wants a break now so what? people do move on you know. as for the people who are saying she should have thought about this 6 years ago...get a life,who do you know in the real world that stays in the same job for years and doesn't want a change. these comments are obviously made by people who don't work. idiots

I find some of these comments very distrurbing! First and foremost Nadine is a young girl being harrassed while trying to do her job!!! I cannot imagine how anyone could go to work and keep smiling while being BULLIED by everyone else around her!

It is simply JEALOUSY! Nadine seems the most down to earth in the band, she looks the BEST and by far SINGS the BEST!

Secondly, what the hell is Cheryl Cole doing judging a TALENT competition!!! She looks well and dances well but this competition is for SINGING! Definitely one thing Cheryl CANNOT DO! Can someone please explain!

While Nadine is being PUSHED out amid accusations that she'll leave to go on to bigger and better things, the girls are damaging their own careers! It's LAUGHABLE! And yet they blame Nadine!
Nad is always being picked on! Her weight, her accent and shockingly enough her nationality too!

COMMIT or QUIT! (Nadine think about it) this is being said since the beginning of Girls Aloud! Unlike Cheryl you have not taken on new commitments but stayed dedicated to your BAND, six years later you are still there battling on and giving the public your best! Looks like everyone else as hidden agendas and they want to use YOU as the cause of the band breaking up!
Nadine you have carried them for six years and this is the thanks you get! Start thinking about yourself! DONT CARRY THEM ANY LONGER!

P.S If you leave before the tour let me know cos I will want a refund - I will never pay to support BULLIES x

Nadine is by far the most beautiful and talented. She gets lost in the shuffle because everyone falls at Cheryl Cole's feet. And why? Because her husband cheated on her and she cries all the time on the X Factor, that's why. Nadine should come to the US. We'll appreciate her over here.

Im so glad that the truth of the story has come out of what has always been happening with poor nadine coyle.
Ive been a devoted fan of nadines since we first met. She is the nicest most dedicated to all her fans of any popstar ive ever met.
IM HORRIFIED that cheryl kimberley nicloa and sarah are BULLYING nadine.
I ve always noticed the girls being jealous of nadine, shes clearly the best singer and has the potential do do whatever she wants.
She has shown me that that can happen.
I was in the audience for the christmas party and she was mind blowing!
All girls completly ignored her all day and she was so sweet and gracious with everyone.
Nadine please dont let silly childish games get you down,

As for Nadine not wearing the poppy everyone has a history. Northern Ireland is a country full of politiical tensions with a history steeped in bitterness. If you understood this you could not make such an ignorant comment as to why Nadine would not wear the poppy. The poppy has several connotations to everyone in Northern Ireland and sometimes you have to stand up for which ever one you believe in. Nadine is a fantastic singer and is just doing her own thing like the others in girls aloud so why should she be made to feel quilty about that. At the end of the day you should never let anyone hold you back from achieving your own goals.

Let her go if she wants girls.... you's can carry on without her. i personally think she thinks way 2 highly of herself, she's like a proper diva and needs 2 get a personality transplant!!! why people always pick on cheryl i dont know, she's got the world at her feet, a SUPERB career, she's down 2 earth and doesn't 4get her roots, she's extremely pretty, so its clearly jealousy and i think nadine is probably the only member who hates the fact cheryl's career is at such a high!!!! im a massive GA fan but honestly dont and haven't really taken 2 nadine. i hope she doesn't actually leave but it wouldn't b a massive deal, they would still rock!!!!

I,m not surprised. Nadine is the one who refused to wear a poppy for Rememberance day. Theres nothing wrong with being an Irish nationalist but, she was born in the UK at UK taxpayers expense.
She was educated in the UK at UK taxpayers expense.
She sings with an all UK girl band and has become rich and famous with a lot of money from UK tax payers (among others)
But she lacks the common courtesy to honour UK traditions and (if this story is true) she won,t mix with the rest of the band. I,m willing to bet that she is one of the eternally "offended" Irish but irony goes right over her head.

i personally think if nadine leaves, the band is ruined.. it's obvious they they are not all amazing, nadine sings far better than any of the other four girls, and i believe she doesn't have the chance to shine in the band, and i would love to hear her singing solo. i love girls aloud and i didn't want them to break up, but everyone can see nadine is not happy with the girls and that should be her first priority!

Nadine cant leave the band!!! And its NOT because the other girls wont do a good job without her because they're all amazing!! And what is it with everyone and hating Cheryl Cole! She ISN'T useless she kind, bubbly. There isnt a best singer in the band. But that doesnt mean that you can go around slagging off Cheryl. I hate it when people slag her off! Cheryl is my idol, and I hate it when people don't give her enough credit! Mostly I think that people are just jelous because off Cheryls gorgeousness, but nevertheless, Nadine has been put under alot of strain by being told that she needs to "COMMIT or QUIT" that is out of order but don't go saying they shud brake up thats just crazy! They have come SO far! They shudnt just throw that away! No matter what people think! Girls Aloud are the best girl band ever! They cant brake-up! They're all incredibly talented girls! I really dont understand why Cheryl gets the blame for everything that goes wrong in the band?! It really annoys me that she gets the blame for everything! I think it was pathetic for Cheryl to get the blame for that hole thing with Dannii. But when the press hear that someone from Girls Aloud have been slagging off Dannii, they automaticly presume that its Cheryl! She and Louis Walsh have been plotting a solo career ever since she got kicked out of the irish popstars band for being underage. Louis even says as much in an interview today with a rival sunday mag!!!

although much credit is due to Sarah's vocals on Girls Aloud's recent single 'Promise'.
Nadine is the band member who has been the vocal force behind the majority of their songs and hence success!

Most of the girls already do solo stuff, Sarah is taking up acting, Cheryl is a BRILLIANT judge on the X factor and Nadine has her businesses. Nadine is not the strongest singer in the band, there is no clear lead singer in my mind as they all have proved that they can sing, as they all, not just nadine, won a talent show.
Even though the others do solo things they all are in London and all turn up to evens that are expected too, except Nadine who is always in LA. The Brit Awards is a example, where was she then?? She should decides what she wants, im my eyes she is being selfish by not letting the other girls no what is going on with her. Im sure cheryl told the girls about the xfactor before she even told ashley. It is wrong to force her to quit but it is obvious that her loyalties lie else where....

I love GA, but the person is right in the article Nadine has been held back and the British public don't know how good of a singer she is. She could rival Winehouse and Mariah in terms of singing ability. She went to a Grammar school, she's got a good personality, she's talented and good-looking. What's stopping her?

I like Nadine, she's the most talented member and doesn't rely entirely on Girls Aloud to secure her future- she moved to LA with her family and has set up a few family businesses from scratch. She seems like a smart girl and just because she doesn't feel the need to always be with the girls it doesn't mean she doesn't want to be in the band. Also, quite frankly, If Nadine does want to have a solo career thats her prerogative. If talentless Cheryl cole can carve out a solo career from her marital problems to become an unqualified X-factor judge, then surely Nadine who is genuinely talented should have the same opportunity to do so.
