And when I bumped into her this week, she let me into her little weight secret. The singer pulled up her top to show a newly- toned tum. When I asked how the 'eck she did it, Lily replied: "I chucked away my scales."
You see, according to Lil, shedding the flab comes from feeling confident about your looks.

Lily Allen confident! Good, now all she has to do is write a song, titled ya, dont' have to be there, to know she didn't do it. Lily Allen was never out drinking when the press hinted that she was, she wasn't home watching telly, but out singing backround vocals for Kaiser Chiefs and making a video, for Everyone's at it. With a little help from Susan Hepburn (again) Lily Allen looks good, it was only a few extra pounds anyway. Lets hope she has a brand new good new year.

Thats a disgrace saying Cat deeley looks fat! Shes not my fav person in the whole world but fat she is not.
