X FACTOR losers OLLY MURS, STACEY SOLOMON and DANYL JOHNSON have had their star dreams crushed after SIMON COWELL axed plans to give ANY of them a record deal.
So instead of topping the charts with the help of Cowell's millions, they've had to sign up to perform at BUTLINS instead.
A source revealed: "Simon has decided he won't have anything to do with them in a professional sense going forward.
"He doesn't have anything against the guys but wants to concentrate on turning JOE McELDERRY into a star. They've got a contract with Butlins to perform at summer school holiday gigs. And they're making £100,000 from The X Factor tour - but this is still a massive blow."
Last night a spokeswoman for Cowell's label Syco told me: "We never guarantee contracts for anyone other than the X Factor winner and this year we've decided to focus on Joe.
"However, we understand there is interest in other finalists from many parts of the musical industry and we hope they all do very well."

I think some people are forgetting that they're hardly hard done by. Having 17 Million watch you every saturday on the biggest show on TV... Plus the tour and all the other gigs they have.
X Factor has completely changed their lives for the better and thats a fact. I think they're all in pretty good stead to get a record deal even if it's not with Syco! There are a hell of alot of others signing up unknowns - these guys are already famous now, I bet they've all got deals lined up.

So even though Danyl was the best singer in the competition according to Simon and Olly was going to be the next Robbie Williams - thats not good enough for a record deal. I think they should be thankfull that they havent signed a contract only to be dropped like a stone after 1 album. Its a disrae that we have to be blasted with the travesty that is Jedward when we could be listening to Danyl or watching Olly.

Haha...thank GOD arrogant, stupid Olly isn't gonna be popping up on MTV anytime soon. I saw him in an interview saying he'd be 'more than happy' with Justin Timberlake's career...lmao. I bet he's eating those words now, and would now be 'more than happy' with Jedward's career! Shame about Danyl though. He could have been as big as Leona. But I suppose I should just be thankful that Olly has been sent to oblivion. Nice news as I eat my Corn Flakes!

He said he was thinking of giving Olly a contract, and now this !!!! I hope some other record company should snap him up and work with him and i am certain he would be a blinding success and it would serve cowell right.

When Simon say's 'I really like you,' watch out for the dagger he's hiding behind his back. He claimed to 'really like' Stacey Solomon, yet he now attempts to stub her out like an old fag butt. Well Simon needs to understand that he's IN the record industry, but he isn't THE record industry.
Joe has a great voice but he belongs in stage shows not in the charts. Stacey, with a little help with her nervous over-exuberance is ripe for chart and tv success... combine Cilla Black with Loraine Chase and Karen Carpenter... Hey presto! Stacey Solomon.

Any of you who say Joe McElderry should not have won are Honestly Just Jealous, he has won and does have an amazing voice so LEAVE HIM ALONE... he has not even started and people are saying he is gonna fail!! why cant they have a shot i reckon that olly murs is way better than joe and that he should have won by miles if joe needs help now then he was never that good to start with he didnt even get to no1 at christmas and he never will so sign up olly who has got the x factor what a star he is joe should just stick to musicals and i hope that olly gets the break he deserves

I think that this is an absolute shambles!! Each of those acts has a talent, of which shouldn't be displayed in Butlins!!! What is Cowell playing at?! If these guys don't get a deal, it's a sign of the music industry going mad!

Only other person out of these 3 that I would like to have seen signed is Stacey,the other 2 were too full of themselves. They both thought they had it in the bag far too early into the competition!
I would like to see Joe do well, he has a good voice and seems to be a lovely boy.I really hope Simon does stick to his word.
He didnt in the case of Shayne Ward and he really did have an incredible voice, I can still remember his version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow to this day. Wonder what happened to him and Andy Abrahams.
Its a hard game to be in so it seems,very fickle.
I used to quite like Simon Cowell but in particular after last years X Factor I lost any respect for him. Its all a game to him. Give people hopes & dreams only to let them down. Not nice or fair!

Thats fair enough , there is only meant to be 1 winner & that was Joe so its only right that Simon & his company focus on him! Im sure if these guys work hard enough they will get their record deal.
