Amy's talks over Blake divorce
AMY Winehouse has secretly consulted lawyers about DIVORCING bad boy husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
Recovering drug addict Amy asked family members to speak to a solicitor about her legal situation on Thursday night - hours after Blake's release from prison.
The 24-year-old is terrified that money 27-year-old Fielder-Civil will gets his hands on a large slice of her estimated £10 million fortune.
It's no coincidence that the latest sensational twist in the couple's tempestuous 18-month marriage came just hours after desperate Fielder-Civil had demanded she pay for his £30,000 rehab fees. And after he boasted: "I am gonna see my wife and take her knickers down."
Brit Award-winning Amy now refuses to meet him while he is in rehab at the Life Works centre in Woking, Surrey.
Revealing the legal talks, a source close to the once-besotted Amy said: "The family saw a solicitor this week. Amy fears Blake's just after her money.
"Amy woke up and smelt the roses when Blake tried to get her to pay the £30,000 rehab bill.
"Lawyers said Blake stands little chance of getting a huge pay-out.
"For the first time ever Amy has her mind on the notion of divorce. All her family and friends are delighted."
The insider added: "Blake put on a real sob story in an emotional phonecall with Amy on Wednesday, desperately begging her to meet him.
"But as Blake talked Amy just humoured him, almost ignoring him. She is fed up of her husband's lies, and feels he's very devious and manipulative. She has turned the corner. Once she hung off his every word but now Blake has to fight for her attention.
"He thought he'd just walk back into Amy's life and carry on from where he left off. He has had a huge shock."
Amy has cut off Blake in recent months. She refused to see him in prison and only occasionally took his phone calls. The source added: "Blake has been extremely emotional about things. He cried if Amy didn't come to the phone to try to make her feel guilty.
"But she won't run back into his arms. She knows she faces an emotionally-charged meeting with him sooner or later. And that is screwing her head up." Amy's dad Mitch has urged his daughter to divorce Fielder Civil, who spent 27 months in Suffolk's Edmunds Hill jail for GBH.
Amy has turned for support to close pal Blake Wood, who's moved into her old flat just yards from current apartment. A family friend told me: "Wood is more like her husband than Fielder Civil. He stood by her as she battled her drug problems.
"There are sure to be fireworks in the next few weeks. Out of the two, Amy would choose Wood at this stage."

Junkie with a good voice, very difficult to get off that herion, 1000 times worst than ciggy`s and I cannot get off them.But had a family member who did do it, so can be done. Good Luck Amy, and stop hitting people.

Go Amy Go! Stop letting people use you. Be a nicer person to others, please stop hitting them (someday someone angrier than you will smash you back, you've been warned). Quit hating yourself so much, you've been given a wonderful singing voice and much capacity for empathy. People really want to like and admire you, but you've made it so difficult to do so. Look into the power of the mind to physically influence the world around you, No Kidding (i.e., Dr. Masaru Emoto's research and The Hidden Messages in Water). You can really help the world become a better place, and you can find happiness in yourself (remember, the only difference between solitude and loneliness, is perception. That's It). every individual is responsible for their own destiny. you mess up, you try and put it right... Amy has seroius problems, some support wouldn't go amiss right now. Amy needs to sort herself now and do whatever she feels needs to be done. A great talent and like most great talents a fragile one. More nurture less judgement and being surrounded with NO ulterior motive for their friendship is whats needed

i think its really hard to just leave a man u have loved for awhile but i was with a man who done the same to me got me on drugs, at the time i believed that he was my soul mate but now i am off heroin and back 2 my senses and no that he ruined me and took all my talent and beauty away from me so i could rely and be blinded by the drugs that he supplied and controlled me on .

Stop being so judgemental. Blake is not the one to Blame for Amys downfall. She is an adult who is old enough to make her own decisions, it's not like Blake forced her to do drugs. He is in rehab and sorting himself out, why isn't she doing the same thing?
Anyway, I think they're meant to be together. So adorable.

i'm so glad Amy has come to her senses, but everyone should get off her case, it's her troubled soul which fules her undeniable talent. She just has to realise she can fight the world on her own, no=one should ever be that reliant on another person.

I hope that she does divorce the no-good junkie. I have lost sympathy for her own drug problem though. She obviously isn't committed to getting clean. She has had more chances than most junkies. Amy is devious and manipulative... I THOUGHT SHE WAS A JUNKIE? Arent Junkies devious and manipulative. These pair are scum... am ashamed to have bought her CD, she is a disgrace and a very public one. Look at the state of her... she is a great warning for kids to stay away from drugs.
