The singer has now got her claws into a LORD ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER number, signing with him to record the theme song to his Phantom of the Opera sequel.
Love Never Dies will be the title track, which the West End legend has been working on for years.
I'm hearing that it will be released as a single and launch the PCD hottie as a worldwide mega artist.
Lord Webber played me a preview of some of the show's songs at his London home not long ago, and I was mesmerised.
And Nicole has also been a guest at the mansion. She's been in the capital to record the new song - and spend some quality time with her motorhead man, LEWIS HAMILTON.
A theatre insider told me: "Andrew is a huge fan of Nicole and her voice. He has always said she could become one of the biggest stars on the planet with the right songs. Lewis is really happy because he spends a lot of time in London so the pair can be together - they spent a lot of time apart last year."
It's not the first time the Lord of the Sings has used a pop star to launch one of his musicals.
BOYZONE recorded a pop version of No Matter What from Whistle Down The Wind and it went on to become the group's biggest-selling single.
"Nicole wants to establish herself away from the Dolls and this is a sure-fire way to do that," the source went on.
But this does not necessarily mean the end of the Dolls for good. The band may be relaunched with new members backing up Nicole.
Because while she's been singing about Music Of The Night (that's a Phantom song btw), the other girls have been singing Music Of The Spite.
My insider explained: "Nicole will definitely record a new Dolls album at some point.
"But there's been a lot of tension among the current members so they might not all get back together again.
"There will be a new line-up Nicole is happy with. She IS the Pussycat Dolls."
