CHIC or treat? Well, both in PARIS HILTON's case.

Carrying a worried-looking Toto mutt under her arm, she dressed up as Dorothy from Wizard Of Oz to celebrate Halloween in LA.

So did PIXIE GELDOF in London - well, at least I think that's a costume . . .

Well, her body is rom cosmetic surgery- look at before and after pictures of her on the internet. However men are shallow.
All being said i like the costume.

I don't get why people still write her, I guess not in other countries but fortunately here in the USA she's over no one cares anymore.
