Blunt gets boot

LADIES favourite JAMES BLUNT is back on the market after his model girlfriend gave him the old leave-ho.

But any women in waiting will have to wrestle the strum-loving musician away from his guitar.

For it was the reason why he failed to strike a chord with gorgeous NATASHA ARCHDALE.

I'm told she became sick and tired of being second-best to James's music.

She dumped him after he spent too much time in the studio and not enough time in the bedroom.

Nat, 32, had been dating James, also 32, since January.

Her friend told me: "James and Natasha were such a good couple it just fizzled out.

"It became very clear that they wanted different things.

"She wanted long mornings in bed in each other's arms. But he preferred to sit at his piano and write songs."

Beautiful woman in your bed? Or go to work? Beautiful woman? Work? Hmmm, tough choice.

Brunette Natasha followed in the pretty footsteps of Czech model PETRA NEMOCOVA, 29, who the You're Beautiful crooner split with last year.

Last night Nat refused to comment on the story.

I couldn't get hold of James, as he was too busy drowning his sorrows - in partyland Ibiza!
