Victoria Beckham has reportedly gone under the knife for a THIRD time to have her most famous assets shrunk.
Posh, 35, had the operation to remove the 34DD implants at a private nip'n'tuck clinic in Los Angeles, say sources.
Insiders say her new, relatively normal-sized 34B boobs are the most obvious parts of a strategy to ditch her WAG image and be taken seriously in the fashion world.
She's certainly going to be less of a handful for husband David.
A source told The Sun: "Victoria has wanted her implants out for a while. She felt that was part of her old WAG image - big hair, big boobs, fake tan - and she has moved on since those days. She underwent the op three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results."
Victoria had her first boob job in 1999, when a London clinic increased her from a tiny 34A to a 34D. Further surgery two years later took her to a pneumatic 34DD.
She officially denied having had surgery, even telling Michael Parkinson's TV chat show: "I'm totally natural, except my nails and fake tan."
But High Court documents revealed in 2005 that she had admitted to having breast surgery. And referring to her giant orbs on reality show Coming To America two years later, she let slip: "I really thought that one of my silicones was going to fly out of my armpit."
Mum-of-three Posh gave us a glimpse of her new downsized assets when she paid a flying visit to London to see her fella launch a new range of pants and, incidentally, play in England's 6-0 trashing of Andorra.
She is now on a two-week break in the French Riviera, taking it easy and letting them heal before jetting back to the US.
If Victoria has gone under the knife again, doctors have their concerns.
Dr Hilary Jones said: "With repeated breast surgery there is an increased possibility of a reaction where the implants are placed.
"The replacement of the implants does have to be done every 10 to 15 years - but putting any foreign body in the human body carries with it a risk every time."

I think the new size suit her frame far more, but it does make you wonder why she bothered putting herself through the operations in the 1st place !
What happens to the stretched skin? I have heard a reduction in size is much more complicated than making them bigger.
She wants to move away from the knife and smile a bit more! this will have far more effect than anything the surgeon can do!

Poor Posh, She seems to be having an identity crisis. She in her 30's now with several kids so its about time she realised what is important in life. The size and shape of her bozom isn't going to make up for her lack of intellect. Most men soon get tired of such vanity, and if you have a naturally pretty face and have a personality to match there is no need for plastic inserts. Surgery has a lot of risks and anyone that would take those risks when it is not necessary to improve or save their life is also putting the welfare of their kids at stake. Look what happened to Hendry's wife with her liposuction that went wrong. She nearly lost her life. Please just eat well, regain your self esteem and go back to college, or perhaps university. You may find a wealth of knowledge that is much more important than shoes and handbags.
