Posh Spice: I wannabe an actress
FRIENDS, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears - for I have news that VICTORIA BECKHAM wants to become a serious actress.
Posh Spice has done everything from singing (badly) to designing jeans (badly) and writing a book (badly).
But now the Wannabe star really really really wants to be an actress.
Though I'm thinking she's gonna be pretty Bard at that too.
Victoria, 35, is desperate to bring her slim frame to a cinema screen near you-so she's been splashing the cash on private acting lessons in Los Angeles.
I reckon that poor tutor's got the hardest job in showbiz.
She's clearly a Shakespeare fan if the name of her six-year-old son Romeo is anything to go by.
My art guys have mocked up how Vic might look as movie icon Marilyn Monroe, Tomb Raider star Lara Croft and fresh-faced Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.
And while most fledgling actors would be happy to settle for a bit part, Vic's pinning her hopes on starring in the Sex And The City movie sequel.
My Tinseltown source said: "They've already talked about doing a cameo walk-on role, but now Victoria is desperate for an acting career, they might even try to string out a bigger role.
"She's really caught the acting bug. She's decided she has done everything else so she now wants to pursue a career in films.
"Victoria has always loved the cinema, especially old films because of the glamour of people like Audrey Hepburn, who has been her style icon for years."
The source went on: "She already has a bit of acting appearance from when she appeared in Spice World and had a cameo in Ugly Betty, but she wants to go even further.
"The acting lessons are really stretching her to the limit but she's enjoying them. If they go well she wants to start at auditions."
It looks like Victoria will be going head to head with pop starlet KYLIE MINOGUE, 41, who's also trying to crack Hollywood.

victoria if being a mum is so important to you why are you always away doing other things instead of always being there for your sons you have enough money now your husband is still earning so you can work round school hours now and be a normal mum, if you dont why would you have kids and want more

she is only using her training. She went to stage school. She was chosen to be a spice girl. She must
have natural flair for acting or would not be pursuing
a career in it. I think she is brave to test all her skills, and would not be trying if she didnt think she had a chance. I just wish she would smile more. She looks great with a happy face. Good luck Victoria go for it. Hope to see you in a film soon.

could be fun , if she act's as well as she sings, the whole world needs a laugh , because lets be fair her singing always made me laugh, i'll always rember when the backing track broke down at a spice girls gig . and they had to sing live , now that was an act that had earls court in fits of laughter .oh i cant wait,

Perhaps you could advertise Twiglets, or maybe Marmite you either love it or you hate it. Who are you fooling, except yourself? Hey, may be better to seek counciling for delusion & eating disorder's. Do you not realise you are grossly unattractive, poor David has to look at your guant frame & painted on expressions. Please, please don't burden the rest of us with your presence! With all your money it is a shame you can't buy some common-sense. Stay at home with your kids & David, all you have is a 'virtual family' getting married did not make you a wife, & giving birth did not make you a mother, please get over yourself for the sake of your family, & all of us. What is rarely reported about this woman, is how rude she is to those who - drive her, open doors for her, bring her drinks and food etc. She has a notoriously self important and self deluded attitude and is an absolute horror. Parhaps she should devote some of her time to voluntary work with families on welfare in LA. She might learn to smile more be be grateful rather than constantly trying to raise her own profile and earn even more money.

Why not, She will probably achieve it too, she has managed to get everything else that she wanted out of life, why not an acting career. Not every actress is a good one, & not every singer is a good one Victoria proved that, and made tons of money from being a bad singer, She also made tons of money from being a bad jeans designer. I for one don't knock her, I should be such a ugly person, such an untalented singer, & such a bad model. Maybe then I could own property all over the world.

It shows just how spoilt and unattached to the real world she has actually become. Many actors struggle for years to get recognition, yet this loathsome woman just demands it like she's ordering another boob job.
Please spare us the non-stories about this vacuous, self-obsessed, pig-faced media creation.
All the media should have a self-imposed ban on reporting these pathetic publicity stunts.

Well..she's obviously one the most talented ones since all of HER bad creations actually saw SUCCESS, maybe not so much with her solo singing, but only because she decided to quit early than she should - getting to No. 2 in the chart is hardly a failure, but because the media and press like YOU hate her so much, hell, even I would have quit too! Apart from her singing, YES, she's succeeded in everything she does - her jeans SOLD OUT, actually giving her nearly 100 MILLION POUNDS a year; her books were THE BESTSELLERS..so who are you trying to cheat?
