Does Paris really need a new British Best Friend?

TODAY might be the day when we finally learn who will be PARIS HILTON'S new British Best Friend - but does she really need one.

Because it seems that Paris and her new fella DOUG REINHARDT have become inseparable since getting together just a few weeks ago.

And here they are again arriving together at LAX airport in LA looking very cute indeed.

My spy in LA told me: "Paris and Doug are getting a lot more serious and are really enjoying each other's company. They are definitely an item now."

I know Paris well and she has a great love of PETS.

And I just hope that Doug is one pet she won't be PUTTING DOWN anytime soon.
