I love Pete Doherty, I love Baby Shambles, and I love the Libertines. But this...I dunno, it kinda bored me.

As a devout Libs and Shambles fan I think its fair to say this is pretty poor. His songs used to be pretty much poetry, and had some humility (See 'Time For Heroes' and 'Albion'). If you like this check out 'Legs 11', the first set of Libertines demos. Basically a very similiar style, completely different to any released material. As much as I hate to say it, hes not making music for the sake of music anymore, the spark has gone.

Good song. With any luck this solo album will be worth the wait after the dross we've had to put up with from Babyshambles. I don't much like what I can tell of him as a person, but The Libertines showed he has quite a talent.
