Madonna. Naked.

IT'S not often (in fact, probably never again) you'll see an artistic nude shot from the 1970s gracing my pages.

But when this 1979 picture of Madonna was slapped on my desk I felt it was my duty to share it.

I'm sure many male readers will appreciate the buxom Madge of old, but I couldn't take my eyes off of those hippy hairy pits.

The rare image by Lee Friendlander was released by Christie's who are auctioning it off next month in New York. It's expected to fetch at least £10,000

A Naked pic of Madonna, gosh how ... RARE!!! .... it must be worth a fortune...not.

How about a pic of Madonna at home, clothed, with her family reading a bed-time story. That would be rare.

Body hair - errrr it was the '70's, get over it. A book called Madonna 'Nude' by Martin Schreiber has been on sale for the last 20 odd years, all pics similar to that one. What's the big deal; just because Christies are auctioning this original, and??? Just a way for NOTW to have another (pro Guy) dig at Madge IMO.

from that photo you'd think madonna has since had a nose job?! It hardly looks like her................The hairy pits are gross! But I suppose she's just trying to look edgy and cool with that "looks could kill" kind of pose
