Alex ex demands £100k for sex video ... she's terrified it'll end up on the net
X FACTOR favourite Alexandra Burke has been targeted by a greedy ex hawking a sordid sex tape of her for £100,000.
Alex, 20, hid her anguish as she sang her heart out in last night's semi-final, knowing evil D'andre West's plan could wreck her dreams.
Friends say sicko West is stalking her. This week he admitted to us: "I want to make money- one big lump sum."
West is determined to cash in on the graphic 10-minute video- and shatter beautiful Alex's dreams of superstardom.
West, who is still obsessed with Alex's every move, met with News of the World reporters last week in his bid to hawk the material which features full sex and another sex act.
We haven't paid him a penny. But as he smugly showed off the footage to our investigators, he boasted:
"I want to make some money. . . I'm not interested in anything less than £100,000. If she becomes a big star this is easily worth that. She strips, we have sex, you can see everything."

Chillingly the 28-year-old creep added: "There's a possibility SHE'D want to pay me to STOP me from selling it, too."
And he claimed he'd already been offered £20,000 by X Factor bosses not to make the tape public, but last night they emphatically denied it.
The News of the World never had any intention of doing business with West. But we played along to expose the rat-and have tipped off 20-year-old Alex about his plan to cash in on their two-year relationship.
A friend close to the star revealed she is now terrified the tape-made when she was just 18-could end up on the internet.
We were alerted to West by close friends of Alex who asked us to investigate him.
Pals reported that he has been STALKING Alex on her incredible X Factor run-sending sinister texts revealing he knows exactly where she is and even what she's wearing.
She has considered going to the police but doesn't want anything to distract her from winning X Factor.
Mentored by Cheryl Cole, she is now favourite to clinch the £1 million deal after her stunning performances in recent weeks led top judge Simon Cowell to back her for first place.
Alex's friend said: "It's almost two years since Alex split with West and she has more than moved on-but he never has.
"Now she's on the brink of the big time he's bombarding her with text messages saying he loves her and wants her back.
"Last Thursday he sent her a text that spelled out he KNEW she was at the TV studios in London, adding, 'Nice brown jacket.' Alex was really spooked by that because he was obviously watching her. She WAS at the studios and she WAS wearing a brown jacket.
"Alex is already a worrier. Now she can hardly sleep with the stress. It seems West has somehow found out her schedule and tracks her movements. But most worrying is his plot to sell the sex tape."
Dreadlocked West told us even if Alex didn't win X Factor he was confident she'd become a huge star anyway-and he'd cynically release the video right at the point when she was enjoying massive success.
"I'm happy to wait," he said. "I'm only interested in receiving one big lump sum. Even if it's a year from now she'll get really big and I'll sell it then."

Although he was married with a young daughter when he first seduced the singer, West insisted: "I was destroyed when Alex broke up with me. I'd text her 20 times a day. I was suicidal."
He denied sending threatening messages but admitted: "Some of them were angry like when anyone argues."
And darkly West bragged how he was secretly keeping tabs on what Alex is up to-even referring to reports, none confirmed, that there's a romantic link between her and fellow contestant boy band star Marvin Humes.

He said: "I'm still in love with Alex and I've told her that many a time. I'm the only one with the sex tape. . . and I'm still hoping to get back together with her.
"But apparently she's going out with one of these JLS boys. I heard it BEFORE I even read it in the paper. I've got my spies everywhere.
"I'm the main ex-boyfriend who knows everything. Everything about everything."
West boasted how he TWICE videoed Alex having sex-once at her mother's house in east London and then at his brother's place.
On top of the £100,000 demand for the tape he wanted a separate £17,500 deal just to talk about it. The News of the World paid him nothing.
West's behaviour has been torturing Alex, her friend said. Last weekend she was tearful after her rendition of Beyonce's Listen-about a woman held back from fulfilling her dreams by a lover. She has spent almost two years trying to forget West.
He now lives in Surrey. But people in his old East Ham stamping ground know him as a 'hoodie'-meaning someone with a group of pals watching his back.
Our source told us: "West is very well connected.
"He's not in a gang but has lots of ties to people who are. He's been overheard threatening to have someone 'sorted out'.
"He likes to drink quite a bit. He'll have rum and Coke or Guinness.
"Outwardly he can be very sweet and charismatic, but he's not the kind of guy you want to mess with. He knows people with knives and guns.
"Alex is now so close to achieving her life's dream she doesn't need all this to deal with."

Why ruin a talented young girl’s life for what she had done in the past. As Simon said, like Leona Alex can represent Britain in the world stage. I believe that too. She is just starting off. Although she was rejected three years ago she comes back with the right attitude. According to all the judges specially Simon and Louie, unlike some other contestant she is humble and respectable on and OFF the stage.
Her talent has contributed to raise money to our solders welfare too – HERO Album.
The west character is going to sell the tape to somebody. If news of the word doesn’t buy somebody else will. So why not news of the word buy the tape, with legal agreement and save the girl.
Or If the News of the word opens a public account, all Alex’s fans can contribute one pound and our support. It should cover the purchase of the tape from the M***** F*****. I hope any short coming News of the world could cover it.

Oh that is blackmail alright. People do that when they realise you are making something of yourself. Its all about money money money! He wants a some of what she will make, by force. Making him a nasty little person. Funny to see what people turn into when you get a bit of money.
She may have no choice to admit it and then carry on with her life, regardless of whether she wins or not. Arnie had all sorts of sex tapes up there when he got famous so most people will only pay attention to it for about five minutes and then ignore it ever after. He is now a senator somebody and married to a woman from an infamous family.
I am sure Alex will go on to make a huge recording artist and will laugh at this scum bag later in life. Who knows, he may also laugh at himself too. She should just concentrate on being the best she can be and then take it from there. No point looking back at history.
