BEND me, Shak me, any way you want me... super-sexy Shakira has revealed that the secret behind her body-popping dance moves is gymnastics.

The Colombian cutie, who will perform her new single Did It Again on X Factor tonight, said: "I do a lot of stretches every day and also gymnastics, which I have been doing since I was a little girl.

"It keeps me very flexible for my dance moves, and also in shape."

The She Wolf singer is the latest global superstar to perform on X Factor, following appearances by the Black Eyed Peas, Whitney Houston and Leona Lewis during this series.

Shakira, looking boho here with her hippie hair, thigh-high boots and scruffy T-shirt dress, will perform Did It Again in front of judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole.

The video for the single - to be released on December 14 - shows Shakira writhing around a hotel room with a hot, halfnaked hunk.

And she promises to go all the way on tonight's show.

She said: "I'm going to be singing and dancing on X Factor - the whole nine yards!"
