Rikki lives on his own in Glasgow and is desperate for 2009 to be 'his' year on The X Factor. Rikki has previously auditioned in series 1, 2 and 5. In series 5 he reached Bootcamp stage but was devastated to be culled at final 50 stage. He has now picked himself back up and is determined to do well in the competition. He is desperate to win, be an established singer and perform at Wembley.

I like Rikki, it is unfortunate that he was crushed down,again, but it has to happen to someone every week and its like... sorry rikki x

Rikki was rubbish last night. He deserved to go. Rachel is the stronger out of the 2 and Rikki's version of 'Respect' wasn't great so I wasn't surprised to see him in the bottom two. Was sad to see his dream crushed, but he simply wasn't good enough.

Although Ricky is no superstar and he would never have won the x factor, he is good in his own right and Simon Cowell should be ashemed of himself putting Ricky out in the X Factor Show yesterday, he was miles better than Rachael and how unfair it was when Louise Walsh had no say in who to keep in? Louise if absent which applies to all judges should ring their vote through, as I have no doubt in my mind being a former professional musician and judge in many talent contests that Louie would have sent Home Rachael, making the vote stalemate and public voting in place to eliminate and if the public didnt vote Rachael out then she will go pretty soon as she is no more than a karaoke Singer, and Twins may be abnoxious but they are like Chico, funny, and popular and like Marmite, you either hate them or love them!
I hope the public vote for the best, at the moment it is between Stacey Lucie Ollie and the fuzzy talent whose name escapes me. The rest are just there for the numbers and will never make pop stars.

its a shame ricky was voted off last night...my family were all rooting for him as we are fellow scots...
he did us all proud and im sure we wont have seen the last of him..
