The fiery 53-year-old wants rumoured lovebirds Ali Bastian and Brian Fortuna to use their backstage lust on the dancefloor.
And he thinks curvy ex- EastEnder Natalie Cassidy should get her BOOBS out more.
Of The Bill star Ali, 26, Bruno said: "She is like a fairy princess in the ballroom but I think she is not quite letting go in other ways.
"She needs to be a naughty girl. I want to see a bad girl doing the Latin.
"From what I have heard there are a lot of 'extra sessions' going on with her and Brian - the passion seems to be working that way.
"But I would like to see more of that passion on the dancefloor.
"I can't tell you exactly what I think Brian should be doing backstage to help her with that - you wouldn't be able to print it!"
Moving on to Natalie, 26 - who boosted her boobs from 26B to D in 2004 - he said: "I told her, 'They're great, they're gorgeous, you've got to show them.'
"She was always slouching forward. I said to her, 'If you've got it, flaunt it, gorgeous girl - those are votes, I am telling you that.'
"'If you paid for them, you might as well use them.' She has got to manage her assets better." But Bruno is less complimentary about the male competitors in the BBC1 series. Of former EastEnders star Ricky Groves, 41, he said: "Oh dear. He's not a natural dancer. And he always looks like he has come out of the sauna. He sweats too much."
Meanwhile BBC sports presenter Chris Hollins, 38, "has the worst range of facial expressions I've seen since comedian Frankie Howerd".
"He looks like a spoiled child or a fish," added Bruno. "He has to calm down because he's got talent."
Even Hollyoaks star Ricky Whittle, 27, comes in for a tongue-lashing. Bruno said: "He is amazing. But he keeps messing things up - I could slap him."
The straight-talking judge also admitted he had been shaken this series by colleague Arlene Phillips' departure.
He said: "None of us are under contract. In showbusiness there aren't any guarantees. You can't think about it too much." He also revealed he was a fan of Strictly's bitter rival The X Factor - especially twins John and Edward.
Bruno said: "The X Factor's production value is amazing. Plus, you have these hysterical Jedward boys.
"Who knew they were going to take off in such a way as John Sergeant did on Strictly last year?
"You have to accept the public has the power."
