The Polish dancer, who partners BBC Breakfast sports presenter Chris Hollins, said: "There's been some weird stuff.
"I try not to let it get to me. But I was shocked going on the forums and reading bits about myself. It was like, 'Whoa, this is not right.' I just can't look at them any more."
Ola also revealed she was devastated to see her husband and fellow dancer James Jordan booted off last week, despite speculation about his chemistry with partner Footballers' Wives star Zoe Lucker.
Ola said: "I liked Zoe a lot. I was gutted when they were voted off.
"But on the plus side, this week I went home one night and James had done all the cleaning and had dinner on the table. That was a good day."
