Which is probably why she's not bothered about letting it all hang out on the way to the gym in skin-tight leggings and a very revealing top.
Clearly she could easily end up as one of the show's massive hits.
Nat, 26, who famously released a fitness DVD after slimming from a size 16 to an 8, was snapped leaving a North London gym where she had been training for the show.

It seems the star, who played Sonia Fowler, is now partial to American Smoothies, judging by her big Ender.
Partnered by Vincent Simone, she'll be a winner in the (Albert) Square dance.

Sorry, but even if you a slim you should wear a support bra in the gym and lets face it, she needs support.
I like Natalie, she is what she is, but this does not look nice and does her no favours whatsoever. Take pride in yourself Natalie.

Normal woman? Role model? People who say this must be obese themselves. This woman just looks like a whale.

It's so refreshing to see somebody in the public eye who actually has a normal, womanly shape! Not just a coat hanger on legs!!
Fair enough she these pictures aren't her at her best, but hey, nobody looks that great when exercising or when down the gym!

Oh Natalie, I do like you and it's not like your morbidly obese, but that outfit wouldn't look good on anyone. Dress for your shape, as Gok Wan would say! But go Natalie, you will be amazing on Strictly! Love ya! (You have my vote!) xx

Go for it indeed! but just a final nipple (level) check and a wee skirt over the top would have been much more flattering for the lovely Natalie, most of us have been there re-vamping ourselves and so we should make the best of what we have! Its good for our self esteem! Go on Nat! Enjoy every day getting there!
