STRICTLY Come Dancing star Jo Wood is doing the CHA-HA-HA! after waltzing off with a £11.5million divorce deal from Ronnie Wood.

Former model Jo has agreed to an out-of-court settlement that will see her net half of the wrinkly rocker's fortune.

She'll also have the family's £12million Kingston mansion home and get a monthly allowance.

Jo, 53, who dances with Brendan Cole when the BBC show starts next week, has thrashed out the deal with lawyers after eight months of talks. But friends say there is still one sticking point before the divorce is signed, sealed and delivered.

It turns out mum-of-four Jo wants her ex hubby to sell his £4 million Irish pad in County Kildare - the place where Rolling Stone Ron, 62, fell in love with Russian waitress Katia Ivanova, 20.

One pal said: "The divorce is mostly done. Jo has half his £23 million wealth and their Kingston mansion. But the stumbling block is the Irish home - it's Ron's getaway.

A pal of Jo's added: "The final details of the divorce won't be sorted until after she's finished on Strictly."
