KNEESY does it - TWO big marriage proposals will spark soap fireworks.

No1 sees Corrie's Joe McIntyre pop the question to (surprise, surprise) serial hubby grabber Gail Platt. They are enjoying a romantic Guy Fawkes night on Joe's boat (called Gail Force) which is parked in their driveway. After bubbly and fireworks, Joe (Reece Dinsdale) asks Gail (Helen Worth) to be his wife. Will she say Yes for the FIFTH time? Find out on Nov 6.

In No2 Emmerdale's David Metcalfe asks his cheating girlfriend to marry him. Confused David (Matthew Wolfenden) has no idea why Leyla Harding (Rokhsaneh Ghawam-Shahidi) is being frosty. And yet they're already planning how to leave Gail a widow (yet again) when Joe dies in a boating accident!!

What's the sodding point of these 5 minute marriages - they become so predictable when you know that they only last a few weeks.
