Tee-tot-al Kate?

I AM told that KATE MOSS spent another night OFF the booze-leading to whispers that the catwalk queen might be pregnant.

It does look like she's trying to hide a little bump in this picture my snapper took of Kate yesterday.

It's the latest in a line of clues that she may be expecting a little brother or sister for daughter Lila Grace, six.

Kate has kicked her wild party lifestyle to appease long-suffering boyfriend JAMIE HINCE.

She has been spotted out just three times this week, each time sipping nothing stronger than water.

A source close to the star told me: "Kate is being so well behaved-it's completely out of character.

"Her being pregnant is the only thing that would make her change overnight."

Kate has been keen to start a family with KILLS guitarist Jamie since they patched things up, following a rocky patch last month.

My source added: "Kate's glowing. She looks like she's put on a little bit of weight too.

The 13 yr old mom prolly has more responsiblity than Ms. Moss ever could hope for as a parent. God bless the un-born child.
