The Queen of Pop teamed up with the royalty of fashion to create the stunning collection ranging from a daring dominatrix outfit to a Gothic cloak.
Madonna - who turned 50 yesterday - has called in top names including Givenchy, Stella McCartney, Tom Ford and YSL to create these designs.
Her Sticky and Sweet tour performances will be divided into four parts, each focusing on different aspects of her career.
Strictly Come Dancing judge and good pal Arlene Phillips helped create the looks, which will be seen for the first time at the opening night in Cardiff's Millennium Stadium next Saturday. The show will open with Candy Shop - described as "gangsta pimp and Art Deco" - when Madonna will take to the stage dressed as a dominatrix.
Beneath her Givenchy-designed black stretch satin frock coat, she will wear a frilly mini skirt and thigh boots and stockings.
Arlene explained: "It's a theme that runs throughout her career. She's not afraid of being hard."
After extended versions of Beat Goes On, Human Nature and Vogue, there will be a video interlude featuring Britney Spears.
Madonna will return for the second section, called Old School, paying homage
to her early days in New York. Songs include Into The Groove, Heartbeat,
Borderline, She's Not Me, Music and Rain. Next comes her "gypsy set". Madge
will walk out in a black gothic-style Givenchy cloak, before peeling it off
to reveal a flowery top, baggy
Tracks will include Devil Wouldn't Recognise You, Spanish Lesson, Miles Away and La Isla Bonita.
Finally, its the Rave set, packed with Japanese influences. She will sport diamond studded trousers, a colourful throw top and black vest to sing hits including Four Minutes, Like A Prayer, Ray Of Light, Hung Up and Give It To Me.
Band members will wear £2,500 Tom Ford suits.
Arlene added: "Getting older has had little effect on her sense of fashion adventure."
The tour lasts until November, taking in Europe and America.
