JACKO'S grieving mum Katherine is at breaking point after losing two bitter court battles. Katherine, 79, was devastated on Friday when she failed in Los Angeles to stop plans by entertainment giant AEG to cash in by exhibiting her son's personal items.

Days earlier a judge gave the green light to AEG and Sony releasing a Jacko movie featuring footage from his final show rehearsals. Friends say the blows have "rocked her to the core."

One said: "She feels like the world is against her and doesn't know if she has the energy to continue her fights. It has been a bad week."

Diabetic Katherine, who suffers high blood pressure, is cared for by a personal nurse at her £3.6 million home.

The mum-of-nine has had little time to mourn due to ongoing legal rows.

The friend said: "Katherine is the family rock, but this has just become too much for her. The stress of doing battle with lawyers and keeping family together has wrecked her emotionally and physically. It's so sad because she deserves to grieve rather than fight everyone."

Katherine faces more struggles in future weeks but has to steer carefully around tight legal regulations to oppose special administrators. Jacko's will contained a no-contest clause, meaning anyone who challenges it loses their inheritance rights.

Sony made enough out of MJ when he was alive they shouldn't release the film and make any more out of him. Somebody else should have been given the rights to it. Take care, KJ!

i hope katherine does not die due to all the stress, plus she was very close to mj and loved him so much. she was the one family member he was always in contact with and if she were to pass away or go into the hospital cause of stress, those poor kids would suffer all over again.

I am sorry but the will is the will. He provided for her generously. Her behaviour in trying to subvert her adult son's wishes are disgraceful. Mourn and grieve...let the administrators do their job. You are the ultimate beneficiary.

being a mum who has lost a child and had to fight legally to find out what happened to my son it is heart renching and your on remote Control with no time or strengh to grieve my heart goes out to Katherine!!!! May God give her the strengh to carry on !!xxxxx
