MICHAEL JACKSON's drug- riddled body lay dead in his bedroom for over an hour BEFORE paramedics arrived on the scene, a bombshell ambulance report reveals.
It will show a series of tests PROVE Jacko was CLINICALLY DEAD long before medical help turned up at his LA home.
Paramedic chiefs and staff at UCLA hospital have revealed to the News of the World details of the report which was overseen by three specialist paramedics.
The report, made on a comprehensive official form, makes clear the King of Pop had already:
Got no PULSE.
FLATLINED - showing no sign of heart activity.
Stopped BREATHING.
But most tellingly, the star's body showed clear signs of what medics call LIVIDITY - when the blood drains to the bottom of the body after the heart stops.
The shocking revelations call into question Jacko's personal physician Conrad Murray's claims that the singer HAD a faint pulse at the house and so would have BENEFITED from CPR on the way to the hospital.
But Dr Steven Hoefflin - a close friend of Jackson and speaking with the permission of his mother Katherine - CONFIRMS the details on the vital paperwork. Hoefflin, 63, told the News of the World: "I've spoken to a chief in the fire department who told me Michael was dead when they arrived.
"He had no pulse and was not breathing. They gave him an electro-cardiogram but he was flatlined.
"They say he even had lividity, which meant the blood had sunk to the back, indicating his heart had stopped a COUPLE OF HOURS earlier.
"This is the most important aspect of the report as it means he must have been dead for over an hour, probably longer."
And last night, News of the World doctor Hilary Jones confirmed: "A body would have been dead for a minimum of three hours for lividity to show. It is rare to see this in an ambulance report. That means Michael Jackson had been dead for some hours. Normally paramedics would never try to resuscitate a body with lividity because they would know the person is dead."
It is standard procedure for US paramedics to fill out an F-902M form after attending a fatality.
Although they completed Jacko's over seven weeks ago, it has been kept from the public by detectives investigating his death. The standard emergency call sheet details the actions of paramedics on site and their observations of the patient. Other key factors it records are body temperature, rigor mortis and size of pupils. Jackson, 50, died from a heart attack after being given the sedative Propofol, following a cocktail of prescription pills, at his rented mansion in North Carolwood Drive, Los Angeles.
"The medics wanted to pronounce him dead there and take him to the Coroner's department," continued Hoefflin, who has been a physician for 40 years.
"But I was told Dr Murray wanted to work on him - he carried on doing CPR and insisted he needed hospital treatment. He continued giving Michael CPR all the way to UCLA and even in the emergency room.
"I have spoken to a senior doctor at UCLA, who said Murray insisted they work on him there - but they knew he was dead. Murray was in a state - he was freaked out by the situation. If Michael died at home then the case would be automatically referred to the Coroner's Office, and that would mean a lot of investigations.
"However if he passed away in hospital - that would not be the case and an autopsy might not be ordered.
Suspicious
"Dr Marshall Morgan, the chief of the medical staff at UCLA Medical Center, was suspicious about the case and contacted the Coroner anyway."
Murray, 51, claims he walked into Jackson's bedroom to find him unconscious but with a faint pulse. He also says the body was warm. He carried out CPR for around 25 minutes on his bed, before bodyguard Alberto Alverez called 911 on the afternoon of June 25. But last night concert promoter Terry Harvey - a close family friend - backed up the ambulance report, saying: "Michael died in the house. I spoke to Frank DiLeo - Michael's manager - on the MORNING of June 25 and he told me that he was dead after a cardiac arrest. That call is on my phone records.
"Everyone knew he was dead at least two hours before he officially pronounced dead at the hospital."
Hoefflin claims law enforcement sources have told him that Dr Murray - who has admitted administering Propofol to Jacko - is building a defence against his prospective criminal charges of manslaughter.
The doctor - along with lawyer Ed Chernoff - is apparently looking to examine ways to prove Jackson overdosed himself on drugs, was mishandled by medical staff or suffered food poisoning. Hoefflin said: "I've been told by sources Chernoff is trying to build a case that other people were responsible for Michael's death. He is trying to point the finger at paramedics, UCLA and even at his chefs."
It's claimed Murray gave Jacko Propofol through a drip every night and the stressed star also took a cocktail of anxiety and sleeping drugs daily.
This week, a US report said Murray left Jackson attached to an IV drip with Propofol while he stepped out to make personal calls. On his return he found Jacko unconscious. Last night Murray's lawyer and spokesman refused to comment.
Hoefflin added: "This F-902M form is a bombshell key to the investigation."

I can't believe the jerk knew Michael was dead and called Prince in to watch him give CPR to try and save himself. That would traumatize any 12 year old. He might could have saved Micheal with an antidote for the propofol which they say is available. I guess like all the equipment he was suppose to have he didn't bother to have that handy either. He didn't seem too worried if something happened or he would have been more prepared and never left MJ's side.

I'm trying so hard to just wait until the toxicology report comes out. But I do know that MJ died about 1 to 2 hours before the paramedics came. The skin darkens in about that amount of time. Luv you MJ.

Michael was on a vitamin drip did he know he was being given the sleeping drug. Some of us have died and come back with his condition it causes problems but you survive. in this case the doctor must have known that he had central core disease.

I agree that these constant leaks do point towards the greedy Jackson "estate" trying to get a massive insurance payout from the concert promoters, who paid Dr Murray to look after the asset - sorry, Michael. Murray knew that administering this drug without Heart Monitors, nurses or Oxygen supplies was totally out of order, and kept this medical room locked up to protect himself. I imagine the time gap was when he packed away as much evidence as he could and possibly dumped it. From now on, every leak will either be from the Jackson side or the Murray side, tit for tat. Vultures doesn't adequately describe them.

He was a druggie. He paid "yes" people a lot of money to do what he wanted and give him what he asked for. They did that and he died as a result of it. Michael Jackson is to blame in my opinion.

Sorry he was dead on arrival, the ambulance guys would never back out with lights blaring, I the guy is dead it would be a quite somber travel to the hospital like the rest of us.
He was alive as the ambulance ripped it to the hospital, with lights blaring try saying he was not gone then??? NOT, the Jackson's families only interest is getting the coroner to say he was killed as thats is a cash cow, to say see he was killed by some doctor a $$$$$$$$ insurance policy , sorry he killed himself. no insurance for taking your own life???

It was obvious he was dead in the house. However, he was ALLOWING himself to be drip-fed these drugs, and his family must have know it too. Someone must take responsibility, not just the Doctor.

I am tired of everyone judging someone. Who are we to judge who is responsible for Michael's passing. Only God judges and he does not judge us while we are alive, so who are we to judge one another. No one leaves this world before his time, not one second early or late. It was Michael's time to leave this hateful world of sin and go to his Father's house where a mansion has been prepared for him. He is there now watching us and maybe is ashamed of all the bickering that is going on. Remember Michael for his good deeds, and works, and the beautiful music ,and joy, he gave us through his Lord and Savior. Close and seal the door, throw away the key on the bad memories of his life. He is now singing in Gods Choir. May God give strength to his entire family and help them to more on. There are many more Jackson's to take care of.

it is not that us news is slow to report, but us news reports what they want to get the reaction they want. there are lots of secrets being kept by lots of people and americans will only know what and how much that we are "entitled" to know. that is why i do NOT trust american news to give me the facts or to give me the information i want to know, but then most american are stupid and believe everything they hear. mj should have stayed living in bahrain or ireland. he would still be alive today if he had.
what i do not understand is why dr. murray had to step out of the room to make his calls anyway. mj was so knocked out of it (if he was even still alive by then. who knows what time he really died). it is not like mj would have heard his phone conversations. that is very odd to me, but then everything about his death is odd at this point.

one more thing... if this picture is really of him when they were loading him into the ambulance. he actually looks good to me there. i mean he has color in his skin (maybe it is bruising and so he looks a little tan or brown) he does look dead cause he looks at peace. i have seen a lot of people dead before they embalm them and everything and it is weird to describe but when the soul leaves the body and the person is finally free of pain and suffering they look so peaceful and happy and i have to say mj looks like that to me in this pic. i do not see the surgery scars or the messed up hair or the vitiligo. he just looks asleep and relaxed.

Addiction is a dreadful disease and it is truly unfortunate that money played a big role in whether another human being was to live or not. In this case it seems God wanted him with Him att his time, otherwise Michael would still be here. God Bless to Michael, his children, the family and all of the doctors and nurses who attended him. We are all human and make mistakes. Unfortunately in this case, there simply will not be any second chances.
