Cops are now investigating whether the injections combined with all his anti-depressants and prescription painkillers to produce a killer drugs cocktail.
Jackson, 50, booked in for the one-hour £5,000 beauty treatment to ensure he looked his best for the dress rehearsal next day in the run-up to his planned comeback gigs in London.
He was given jabs of Restylane filler - said to improve the texture of ageing skin, particularly the papery look around the neck.
He was injected in his cheeks and around the eyes.
He then had Botox, above, in the forehead to prevent lines and wrinkles.
Medical staff have been quizzed about the procedure and the star's records were taken from the clinic.
A source revealed: "Every aspect of what Michael put into his body is being examined. A subtle change in the balance of his usual drug intake could spell disaster. The clinic co-operated fully."
