Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, seven, are living with their gran in Encino.
But the 136,000 dollars Jacko gave his mum every month for the mortgage has stopped. She has now asked lawyers to get a cash handout from Jacko's estate to keep the home. And the paperwork indicates the family have even applied for benefits.
A Jackson family source said: "Now money is not coming in her accounts are getting drier. Katherine will make a case she and the kids could be thrown out of their home."

That family has more momey than they know what to do with. Katherine is no ignorant noe uneducated woman. She would never have put herself in a position to allow this to happen. As far as finances go, they are more than fine.

When MJ was still alive,it was so hard to know who among MJ's friends and family really are or were sincere enough to accept him because of "love" ,except his children.Honestly,I believe most of them were just in their "comfort zone" when MJ was still around.Now,everybody wants to know how they care for him?Is it still because of his money???I don't believe MJ has no money @ all.He's an intelligent man and an intelligent person always think of his/her family first.Where's the money?Will anybody close to MJ answer me please...That is if u really know him well.

Ok... be serious!!! There is no way these kids or the mom of MJ will not be provided for. I agree whole-heartedly that Janet Jackson is one rich aunt (that is so well loved by the children) that can easily provide in the meantime and should... because I am sure MJ would EXPECT it. By the way... if MJ has been in serious dept for years why has Jenet herself not paid mamma's rent? And could she not live a little more frugle? Geez. High expectations much??

$136,000 a MONTH? That's not mortage money. That's live high off the hog on the back of your sad, sick son money. Shameful. Perhaps some of these people who were living off of Michael Jackson could have put a little bit of it into savings so that they aren't "destitute" a month after he dies. No wonder he was so screwed up.

I read that Dr Tohme,Michaels friend had 5.5 million in cash of Michaels money, so why doesn't he give Katherine what she needs, it's what Michael would want according to his will.
